Here. We. Are...
Welcome to the Say I Do Wedding Store blog!!! It's official, we. have. a. blog... lol
What a whirlwind this journey into being a business owner in the wedding planning industry has been... It's been like the shortest, most intense and knowledge-infused college course I've ever had in my entire life... Even with children and pregnancy, I had 9 months to dive into every single book and website that I could get my hands on for advice. With college, I had years to get through all those necessary steps...Not here! Not with THIS project...While there hasn't been a critical rush due to time constraints, it has been a thrilled, feverish pace of wanting to learn everything I can and need in order to do this well and do it passionately!

excited- to get our dialogue going, like two old friends... I'm excited
to start talking about awesome DIY wedding ideas and themes, celebrity inspired weddings, decorations and favors or to just ogle over swoon-worthy Pinterest wedding ideas together! I'm just psyched to BE here.(Can you tell I'm excited?! lol)
So, here I am...
Former arts & culture writer, silly and sometimes irksome mom to 2, wife and co-business owner to one of the most intelligent, handsome yet sometimes exasperating men on the planet, animal lover, true friend, home & party decor enthusiast and accessories & classic fashion devotee. This love(all of it) and the need for creativity & freedom is what seems to have led me down this path and nothing feels more "right" than this, right now... <big smile>
